Our first view of Ireland.
We went to Ireland to visit one of my really good friends, Chloe. She is a UM student but we actually met last semester while we were studying in the Galapagos. It just worked out perfectly and I am so glad that we got to go and see her. Plus Ireland is beautiful and the people are especially fantastic.
Here we are sitting on the top of a double decker bus right above the driver.
The streets of Dublin.
Coffee and cake in the train station in Dublin. Sorry Ireland but your espresso cannot even compare to Spain or Italy.
A corner of Maynooth, the quaint town where Chloe is studying.
South Campus
One of Chloe's friends was performing in the stage version of The Breakfast Club and later that night we went to see it. It was great!!
The result of our day long of cooking.
Thanksgiving Dinner Irish Style!!!
Out on the town of Maynooth ;)
Enjoying the wonderful music at the Roost!
It was super cold, so we had to huddle for warmth!
The Dublin Spire!
Temple Bar
The demon barber of Fleet Street! (from Sweeney Todd for those non-musical lovers)

BOG BODIES!
Rain during the festival of lighting the Christmas tree. Not so good but no one was phased at all... Typical Dublin weather.
After about two hours the Christmas tree was finally lit!
